Yoiu should receive a letter if we have not managed to speak to you over the phone that we are required to inform you of your named accountable GP.

This has become a government requirement for all GP surgeries.

The GP named in the letter may not be neccesarily the doctor who normally looks after you.Your named GP has been alloctaed to you automatically by our computer system as the GP who you were registered with when you first joined the practice ot the successor ,if the GP has since retired.
