Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations (Flu Season) 2020

We are now holding Flu Clinic's at the surgery. The Flu Clinic's are running by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

Please contact reception to book your appointment and support your GP practice! 

If you have an appointment or have been invited to attend the practice for any reason, we are asking ALL of our patients to wear a Mask while on the premises.

This includes all patients who believe that they are exempt from wearing a mask. Thank you.

NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (Covid-19) - Important information

From 13/03/20 the public are being advised to stay at home (self-isolate) without any testing for COVID-19, regardless of travel history or contact with confirmed cases, if they have:

1. A new continuous cough


2. High temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)


3. Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Anyone with the above symptoms should stay at home and use the NHS 111 online service at to find out what to do next. Please do not go to any GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. 

To comply with current requirements the surgery will remain open but the doors will be kept closed. You will need to knock/buzz for attention. Telephones lines are open as normal and you can also email us at: or

We aim to use telephone and video consultations. For video consultations you may be asked to install the Whereby app on your smartphone (available on Google Play and the App Store).

We ask that you DO NOT attend the surgery for any reason unless you have been advised and arranged by a Doctor or Nurse at the surgery. 

NOTE: We cannot test for COVID 19.

You do not need to contact your GP for a sick-note, you can self certify or 111 will be able to provide documentation of encounter if you are unwell.

As guidance from NHS England adapts to help contain the threat of Covid-19, processes at the practice will be adapting to comply with NHS England requirements. For the latest information regarding how access to your GP services will change please check our website regularly for updates (both here and on the News Page).

 NHS England have requested that online booking of appointments should be suspended.

Christmas/New Year 2020-21 Bank Holiday Message:

The Surgery will be closed from Thursday 24th December 2020 at 6:30pm and re-open on Tuesday 29th December 2020 at 8:00am.

The surgery will close again from Thursday 31st December 2020 at 6:30pm and re-open on Monday 4th January 2021 at 8:00am.
